REZCRETE 3D Directions
Clean surface removing all dirt, dust, oil and all other contaminants. 

Mixing
Power mix part A resin separately, then add part B hardener and power mix.   Pay attention to the sides and bottom of the bucket and mix to obtain a uniform color.

Application
Step One: Once mixed be ready to apply.  First apply mixture of part A resin and part B hardener (using a brush) to the damaged surface area in order to strengthen the adhesion of REZCRETE 3D once the aggregate is added. 

Step Two: Add the aggregate to the part A/part B mix.  The goal is to achieve a good working consistency, so you can continue to add aggregate until you have a workable viscosity similar to clay.  Apply directly onto the prepared surface with a trowel or by hand using the gloves provided.  Press down firmly to remove entrapped air, fill all cracks, and ensure maximum contact with the surface.  REZCRETE is fully machinable using conventional tools once cured and can be sanded.

Brush:  A brush can be used to smooth uncured surface with solvent if desired.

*You can use cardboard to shore up vertical areas while REZCRETE 3D is curing.

*REZCRETE 3D can yellow over time in direct sunlight.  However, you can add concrete sand, or any similar material to the outside surface of the product to match the color of the existing structure.  This can only be achieved before the product cures.  REZCRETE 3D can also be painted over once it cures.

Cleanup
Use MEK or Acetone. In case of spillage, absorb and dispose of in accordance with local, applicable regulations.
