How to Repair Your Leaking Drain Pan –

If you have a Leaking Drain Pan there is a very cost effective and permanent repair option that is quick and easy for DIY applications. When a condensation pan is leaking and corroded, you may have not even known about the issue until it’s caused damage to your home. Products that you could purchase from stores are not long lasting, permanent options, so we advise that you get an industrial, high strength sealant for your leaking drain pan that will immediately seal leaks and permanently repair the surface and eliminate future corrosion.

Do not replace your drain pan

Don’t replace your leaking drain pan because there are many different sizes and shapes. Replacing drain pans often requires a professional and can result in costly outcomes and they will eventually leak again.

PANSEAL Cartridge

PANSEAL Will Repair Your Leaking Drain Pan

The PANSEAL Leaking Drain Pan repair cartridge is designed to solve these types of problems. All you will need is a caulk gun applicator and the beauty of PANSEAL Cartridges is that their is no mixing required. The two part epoxy hardener and resin are separated within the cartridge, but they spiral through the mixing nozzle as pressure is applied, so you will have a well mixed, high strength resolution that will even repair your drain pan under standing water.

When it comes to preparation, PANSEAL will encapsulate rust, but the rule of thumb is that the cleaner the surface, the stronger the adhesive strength of the product to the surface. Because there is no foot traffic or highly destructive chemicals in drain pans, most applications do not involve extreme preparation. We do recommend that you remove rust flakes and clean the surface prior to application. DX-ETCH is a product designed to remove oils, greases, rust and is ideal for preparing the surface.

Authentic Letter from Joe the Happy PANSEAL customer

Scott,
“Just wanted to let you know that you saved me over $2000.
My drain pan on my 25-year-old AC evaporator was leaking pretty bad (I have attached some pics).
I was unable to purchase a new drain pan for this unit since it was so old, so I was going to have to buy a new evaporator with a drain pan on it. This was an expensive job to have it installed (quoted at $2100) and my evaporator is working fine with no Freon leakage.

I came across your “PANSEAL” product on YouTube and figured I give it a try. What a great product and so easy to use. Just squirt the self-leveling product into the drain pan and it flows to the leak and seals it.

The product cured completely in a few hours and was rock solid. It’s almost as if it’s part of the metal pan now. The hole was large, so I added some screening on top of the hole while the product was still wet.
The leak is stopped completely and I am running my AC again.
All for less than $50.

Thank you very much and I will highly recommend your product to friends and family.”
