PANSEAL Concrete Primer is a 100% solids, low-viscosity epoxy primer engineered to penetrate deep into concrete, strengthen the surface and create a superior foundation for coatings and sealants.
Its slow-curing, penetrating chemistry helps control outgassing and moisture vapor pressure while improving topcoat adhesion and reducing the potential for bubbles and other surface defects. PANSEAL Concrete Primer adheres to damp concrete and can even be applied to green concrete as early as seven days after placement when moisture conditions meet specifications.
